B2C orders ship after payment confirmation. B2B orders ship per terms on your commercial quotation; freight may be quoted separately for bulk lines.
Returns
Defective or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos. Trade returns follow the credit note process agreed on your quotation.
Privacy
We use your account data to fulfil orders and RFQs. We do not sell your data. Contact enquiries are stored in our audit log for support follow-up.
